I ordered some xbox codes for an xmas gift. The recipient didn't try to use them till Feb. And to our dismay it said they were already used. I sent an email and was worried about a huge hassle to get a refund.
I was delighted to recieve an email the next day apologizing and offering replacement codes. Mistakes do happen so I will take away no stars but give them a five for so quickly resolving their mistake and offering an apology.
