After a3 month trial I wasn't getting much from the service. I paid 195 monthly.so I then called and canceled. Then 2months later they took 195 out of my bank account. I called and was told it was canceled but I had an outstanding balance. Really don't know how 3 months equal up to 4 payments. I would never use them again. Now going to the bank to see if I can get my money back. Stay away from these crooks
