I order a tablet on 12/3. By 12/14, I hadn't received the tracking number. The website said "processing" still. I called their 800 number which was only a recorder saying "send email" instead. I sent three emails - I got three canned responses two days later each saying "forwarding my problem to someone in advanced support". THEN: I found this website for reviews. I am so thankful that I used PAYPAL "PAY UPON DELIVERY" and PAYPAL froze the payment which would've been today - 12/17/13. Still haven't heard anything from these shysters since then, but thanks to PAYPAL, I won't be ripped off, and PAYPAL I'm sure has a lot more punch than just one consumer, or a webpage full of consumers. BTW - look at the Better Business Bureau's rating of D- for this company. Why the heck hasn't BBB done something more about them?!
