Same problem as others are saying about the VIP membership. Rather sneaky way of getting more money. Poor business plan. A better one would have been to make a free membership that offered discounts. Go with what successful businesses do and you will be successful yourselves. Adore me is a rip off that wont let you cancel your membership by email. They might say they will but you'll get a typical BS run around and no response. You must call. Just avoid a man named Dan. He is a real flaming prick

It is certainly not our intention to frustrate shoppers! Investigating the issue, we see that you used a VIP Member's welcome discount with your first purchase.

The VIP Membership is one of two payment options you select during checkout with your first order (the other is Pay As You Go, our one-time purchase option). It is an active but flexible membership, meaning that you are not obligated to make a purchase each month, but that between the first and fifth of each month our VIP Members visit the site and either make a purchase or skip the month. It's a button in your showroom, and you may skip as many months as you'd like.

Also, if you do not skip or make a purchase between the first and the fifth, you'll see a $39.95 charge on the card, and this amount with turn to store credit available for use at any time. The terms and conditions of membership are stated twice during checkout, once more in the membership confirmation email, in the two reminder emails before the fifth and in numerous locations on the site.

Moreover, the vast majority of our VIP shoppers enjoy the VIP membership and benefits, and skip the month or make a purchase without issue. In addition, we work constantly to ensure shoppers have access to this information and quick answers from customer service. We are terribly sorry to hear that you had a rough experience with our customer service team. We hold them to extremely high standards of performance and take complaints seriously. Being rude or unhelpful to a customer is entirely unacceptable, and we intend to investigate this case rigorously.
