My 'dress' smelled also, thread lose everywhere, definitely not the same in the picture, a complete faff to return to the item, and still struggling to get the picture that I ordered a size sixteen, three sizes bigger than my usual self due to the 'small sizes' comments. They have a stupidly complicated method to return the item! They sent the size I ordered etc but don't seem to be getting it through their thick skulls the size is too small, and I just want my money back! This has gone on for over two months now, I'm rather fed up with the whole attitude of the lady i am speaking with. I'm not sure how much more simpler 'it doesn't fit me, despite ordering a larger size' needs to be. Never again. Never ever order from these people, such a joke! Happy to take your money but not happy enough to try and solve an issue when the item you get wouldn't even be taken by charity shops!
