I am amazed to see any negative reviews of Banggood although it is inevitable that there will always be some customers who have problems. I have used them for over a year and found that on one occasion that I did have a problem with an order that customer services were polite and prompt and dealt with the situation. I average over three items ordered per week and have only once had an order not arrive, Banggood sent a replacement. Most items arrive in 6 to 9 days. Very occasionally they take longer but apparently the postal system in China can be temperamental so you will have the same from any supplier based there.
As for suggestions that posts praising Banggood are fakes I do not know what to say. Obviously I do not work for them, I live in the UK and can prove both.

Edit: things are not so rosy now, I have posted with my more recent experiences on another thread. Still probably the best chinese supplier that I use all things considered.
