Ordered 7 items from this site on december 6th for christmas and not a single one arrived, sent in a help ticket and they told me its an unregistered parcel and it may move slower than other "shippment" and basically i'll have to wait 2 months until i can complain again because it can arrive anytime between now and february. Wth? What happened to the fast delivery?

Flat rate shipping will transport hundreds, often thousands, of packages overland by truck or overseas by ship which is much slower than air transport. Due to this very long travel time, occasionally there may be accidents or delays that affect the overall shipping time. This is outside our controland we respectfully ask our customers to be patient and understanding.
