I ordered a bag several months ago, like 6 months, and it never arrived. They said that it had been signed for and delivered. Thankfully my credit card company credit me back my credit but later I was harassed with purse valleys phone calls and emails. I was getting 3-4 phone calls A DAY! Then I was also receiving emails telling me to pay them the money that I was refunded and that I had to Western Union them the money to China or pay them in bit coins. Thankfully I know that both of those things are shady and Im not going to pay for something I never received AND was being harassed about. Don't let them take your money or your information. They are a bogus company on the other side of the world with some rude and nasty customer service representative here in the states (named Jake) who does their dirty work! UGH!

I have always been happy with the convenience, speed and reliability standards that Gmail maintains on its site and in its customer service.

Yelp definitely scams and intimidates business owners. For large corporations like Barnes and Noble, Starbucks, etc, everyday people with nothing better to do slander reputable customer service and brand. For others, like mom-and-pop shops and small businesses with one owner, yelp calls them over the phone and harasses them to buy advertising. When the businesses don't, the ratings go down and good reviews are "filtered out" Negative ones are put up top and in front in order to panic the business owner into giving in. I still have a hard time understanding how they are:
1. So good at it,
2. How is it legal?
And
3. How do we spread the word?

Yelp's cat is out of the bag, now it's just a matter of shutting them down.

It definitely is a waste of time and then you have to pay for something that you have no control over (I mean the fine tuning of the faces, etc). Also, even the videos I DID make a year or two ago for free are now being blocked. Anyone who wants to look at them or send them, etc has to pay 18/year. AND YES THEY WERE FREE WHEN I FIRST MADE THEM! And... back then I was able to view them as much as I wanted. Too bad...
