I am absolutely disgusted with the return process!
Ordered tshirt; too small. Have tried numerous times to get in touch so can obtain aN RmA# required to put outside pkg. CANNOT GET THRU TO ANYONE. ON H OLD FOREVER. Then phone message closed for holiday. How on earth to get thru? This time frame is completely unacceptable to this customer. No one has even answered numerous emails. HOW DO U GET THRU TO SOMEONE? The allotted time for return is no doubt over. AND IT IS a $20 shirt!
January 2014-Received full refund on my credit card, along with apology for delay response, etc.
