Had serious problem with my international ticket going from First Class to Coach. Tried getting this sorta out with customer service and they were extremely rude on all occasions. Don't not book with the company - ever!
Tip for consumers:
Don't ever book with them - ever. If you don't want to be subjected to rude people.
