I have had a few questions that I asked QuiBids--one: why my peridot earrings weren't green; two: why items on my sister's screen weren't the same as on mine at the same time. In both instances QuiBids reps answered quickly and put me at ease over the problems. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I worked as a management analyst and did many efficiency reviews; QuiBids would have exceeded my expectations.

Every time I have won an auction or bought back, I have received the item quickly and always in perfect condition. I don't win often, but I'm still learning the ropes.

QVC was my first experience in shopping on-line and was an excellent one. Still love to buy from them because it's always a good buy and the products are wonderful. Only problem--at my age, I don't need much anymore.

Ordered books for my Kindle and they were there instantly. Paid by credit card. Very happy.

Ordered gifts at Christmas, went to the store next morning and picked them up. No shipping.
