I sell on many sites & apps.
None have the ongoing tech issues that Vinted has.
The constant adding & subtracting of pointless,
Unwanted & redundant features may be the cause.
The glitches affect sales, when the app is running
Smoothly I have steady sales, during glitchy periods sales plummet.
This is not free to use, a 19% commission comes out of every sale,
When I Pay to use something, I expect it to work.
While the support team does have a fast response time,
I'm quite tired of being told to check MY device for the problem.
It's not me, it's them, which they would know if they read their
Own forums to see all the member complaints regarding the same issues.
