“Difficult getting Refund”

Their policy of Full Refund... Doesn't happen within the time frame stated.
They give excuses about it usually takes longer, some technical error
Can we refund to your PayPal account?
That will cost you even more

There are a lot of these unlocking companies, all may be good until you have to try to get a refund because your phone can't be unlocked... choose carefully
