The customer service is absolutely terrible. I was provided $8 coupon for the item that did not fit, could nbot use it because it was put under my acount as 3 different coupons -$1, $2, and $5, and system only allows to use one. I also returned all but one item from my previous order due to quality and sizing issues, provided receipt with delivery confirmation from the post office, yet the refund is still refused tue me after months of communication back and forth. Very unhappy customer so far.
Just wanted to use my coupon that I couldnt anyway.
