So I ordered a drone and a sling bag, and then cancelled my order. But then later that night after they delivered what I cancelled, Lazada called me to inform me that they'll send my refund voucher right away. So I got it and decided to order what I cancelled again using the voucher. But then the next day, I was informed that I cancelled my ******* order, which was the one I cancelled, so I was okay with that, then next, they told me that they cancelled my order number ******* then I was shocked, I didn't cancel that one, I thought to myself. Maybe Lazada thought that the cancellation process failed so they cancelled it again, but no, I actually ordered it again. But then I thought, I can use my voucher again, since they send it one more time after informing me about the whole cancellation of the ******* thing, so I tried to use it and they told me that it has been already used?! Why?! What happened to my order? What happened to my money. Lazada better talk to me soon. -Aurora
