I really hated dealing with this company. It was really nice when I first found their site, with cheap clothing and cheap everything. Apparently, it was also the cheapest service I have ever encountered. I first ordered a leather jacket from the site (still on its way). Days later, I ordered a double-breasted blazer, which I had been searching for all my life. It cost $21 all in all. Later, I got an e-mail from them apologizing in robotic fashion that this item was, in fact, out of stock and that they could not keep up with demand. I was offered $21 in the form of a coupon. Excited, I decided to use it immediately. When I came to enter the code they gave me for a pair of cheap leather gloves, a message said something in improper or illegitimate English which I could not identify or make out. I only suspected remotely what the "one piece" phrase in the message meant, but couldn't really be sure. So I bought the gloves anyway, only to discover that I have just forfeited my coupon which was only to be used for "one piece" - as in, at one time or at a time. This meant I just wasted all my money because of their wonderful language skills and misplaced commas and periods. I emailed support and dealt with a person called Sabina, who hardly knew any English and I swear I had no idea what she was saying. On top of that, this customer support representative decided from message one that it was a win or lose situation, and to fight it out with me. So her response was essentially that it was too bad, the coupon was gone and can be used no more. When I asked if this was how she really intended to resolve this situation, she'd say: "I told you. Such and such". I have never felt so little before and never witnessed such customer service or such companies before, who rob customers of their money because of a dirty little coupon (excuse me). Back and forth we went, with absolutely no hope in sight. I tried calling the contact number provided on the site, using my long distance provider (net one international). Net One is just as bad as Rosewholesale, if not worse, and I did not get through to my destination at all, as usual. So I called Rosewholesale using my regular cell phone, and all I heard on the other side is a man talking on the phone, remotely. Apparently, he picked up the phone, set it aside, and continued his phone conversation! I waited and waited, but he would not finish speaking. I thought that was very professional!. I forwarded a complaint through their website, which was answered by Sabina herself, in a cut and paste type of style, and it was thanking me for my understanding, incidentally. Finally, on the verge of suicide, I called my credit card company who were wonderful enough to credit me back my money in the amount of $21 (so I kinda got bonused there). But Rosewholesale is still sitting on my $15 which I let them understand they were not entitled to at all. The final thing I need to do is contact the BBB and Paypal about them. This business has a major attitude problem and very flawed customer service skills, which is a big reason that this situation would never resolve satisfactorily.
