I ordered a pro line jersey last Sunday night and picked 2 day shipping hoping it would arrive by Friday for my sister's birthday. When I didn't receive shipping confirmation Tuesday night, I called NFL support to see when the jersey would arrive. The rep, Christian, said it would only arrive Monday b/c the pro line jersey takes 3 days before shipping, Thursday was a holiday, and then the 2 day shipping applies. In the end, he was able to overnight my package free of charge and I received it by Friday. I've worked in customer service before and appreciated how professional and considerate the rep was. I may not receive the same satisfaction in the future, but I wanted to share that not everyone has a bad experience with the nfl shop.
