Their site clearly says full refunds will be given within 10 business days. 15 business days after USPS says they delivered the item, still no refund. I contacted them and they said they cant locate the item. I offered a tracking number confirming delivery and they said to allow another 10 business days for research. I filed a claim with paypal. Do not waste your money!
