I ordered a white bolero from Aftershock on November 28 to be delivered to Germany. The order was supposed to arrive within five or six days but never did. I sent an email to the company to which they replied one day later saying they will "investigate" why I hadn't received the item. I immediately replied, again receiving no answer which prompted a second email to which they replied the following day saying that they are still "investigating" why my order didn't arrive and that they had sent a replacement order. I explained that if the order isn't received by 10/12/2014 (after which no one would be available to receive the order) they will reimburse the full amount:
"We have send you replacement. It was dispatched yesterday on 10/12/2014. If you not wont receive it by Sunday we will refund you full amount."
The package was not received before the agreed-upon date, on 12/15/2014, after sending them yet another angry email, I received this reply:
"Your account will be credited please allow 1-2 working days for your refund to settle back in to your account."
I was supposed to wear the bolero I ordered from aftershock with my wedding dress. After returning from my honeymoon and TWO MONTHS from making the order, I haven't received the bolero and the MONEY HASN'T BEEN REIMBURSED TO MY ACCOUNT.
S%^T CUSTOMER SERVICE, do yourself a favor and don't order from this company.
