Order items on January 19th. Never received confirmation email. Tried to resend verification email, but no email was received. Still no shipment notice. Went to website to enter a ticket with the company, wasn't able to send the ticket. ALso sent an email to the support email but no response. Either send me my items or I would like a refund.
