Rubbish customer service, failed to keep their own promises.
Ebookers changed our flights due to an airline schedule change. According to the airline, they were given a choice of 4 new flight options and should have consulted us - the customer. Instead they chose for us, changing the entire routes, airlines and lay over times, making the whole trip much more difficult than we had wanted. To make matters worse, they chose an option that I could have booked in the first place at a cheaper price. They never called us back, even after promising to do so 3 times and kept to their policy, stating that these were minor changes. Their customer service is awful and I would not use them again.
