Terrible customer Service, I booked a tee time online, upon reviewing the confirmation I noticed the day was wrong. I called 2 minutes later to inform them of the error, they informed me they cannot modify a reservation, they have to cancel it and create a new one. But they have to charge me the 5$ fee again. I said since I didn't create the error I should get a refund for it. VERY long story short and 10 different calls to customer service. I got my 5$ refund 6 Weeks Later. Customer service reps were Rude, one even said "WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!". However Had a great time golfing at a beautiful golf course so wasn't a total loss. Would never use these sum bags again
