Need to lower threshold for free shipping. Need to accept a return and not make the process impossible.
I would not order from them again.
Tried to make a return and the return label they were supposed to email to me never arrived.
Joss & Main has nice items at fairly decent prices. I always compare prices before I buy and the prices here are always the lowest for identical and similar items.

Items need to be returned to our fulfillment center and the buyer is responsible for return shipping, so we`ll compensate the buyer with a partial refund to reduce the buyer`s return cost. Sorry that you`re not satisfied with the solution. The 15% offered refund is an option. You can still do the return. Please reply to our email with your decision and we will send you the return label.
