It simply isn't true that you can't post a negative review on VRBO. If it's downright uncivilized with gratuitous profanity or something like that, yes, I'm sure VRBO will and should pull it. I am a homeowner and people have said things on my site that I have the right to refute. It's tough judging something through reviews because it is a fine perspective, not a full one. And we're all very different. And some people just can't be pleased, in this life.

Too bad there's not a no-star rating. One is too high. I ordered a dress that didn't come 18 days before leaving the country. I called and they were like yeah that's normal. I figured OK I'll wear it to a wedding after I return home. But it never even arrived. I called and they said they couldn't find it in the system, they had no idea what happened to it. Really? She was like oh well. I did get my money back which is more than some here. How do these people get by? The terrible reviews are a huge symptom of various problems.
