I tried Lumosity for a month and decided to go ahead and get a year subscription. I was under the impression that I was going to be paying 5.22 per month. When I looked on my bank statement, Lumosity had taken out the full year price! I have tried to contact them by phone (the phone # is: *******502), but I get nothing but a voice message saying that they will get back to me within 3 days... nothing! I have attempted to contact them through their website, and hit a dead end. What kind of customer service is this? Where is the respect and loyalty any decent company would extend to it's customers? I want nothing more than to get free from these people! They are disreputable, and creepy.
