There products are exceptional quality and fit for the price. I have been a member for a few years now. You can opt-out of buying any month(s) you choose. If people are complaining about auto-charging their accounts, they obviously don't read what they sign up for nor do they opt-out in the months they do not want to purchase. I usually skip the month and wait for bogo sales! There shipping is super fast and the packaging is adorable!

The products take months to arrive and when they do, they are nothing like what you thought you ordered. Trying to get your money back depends on which "seller" you bought from. I ate the money on a couple of my purchases that were literally thrown in the trash upon arrival, and had one who did give me a refund. I would caution anyone to not order from here.

Women- there are a lot less of us on here than there are men, which is to our advantage. Put up your profile and they will come in droves. The men I have met are all professional, successful, attractive men and you can really pick and choose between them. I have had one three year affair, one two year affair, and several shorter term things. I love the site! My husband has not been as lucky. There are so many men it is difficult to stand out and get a woman's attention. I got over 700 messages the first few days after I signed up. Impossible to read through them all, which is why people are reporting that they don't get responses. My husband is not very assertive on the site. One of my lovers has had a lot of success because he tried. He actively messaged women, and several responded over the years he has been a member.

I have ordered probably a 100 items from Zulily over the years. Out of those, a few were poor quality. The good news is that the customer service is outstanding! They offer a full refund, no questions asked, when you are not happy with a product. I love the selection, prices, and convenience of shopping with Zulily and would highly recommend it.
