I activated an account to access some interesting documents for work and paid the initial monthly fee. I was shocked to see one of my documents on their website - but it had been posted on another website for anyone to download - so that part was fair enough. But, I didn't find that this was all that great a site and not really all that usefull or well organized. The following month; after I was charged I called to stop my subscription. The good news is that they did credit me for the month that I cancelled, but they went on to charge me again the following month and had to go through the same exercise again! I am hoping next month is better.

They are a great website! It you check back often enough, they have great promotions and have some unique clothes that you don't find any place else. Returns are easy and have gotten and loved some of my favorite clothes here!

This is a great site with great customer service! I probably shop here too often; but the clothes last a long time; and for my son who is on the thin side; their slim fit pants are simply the best! The quality is there, on the rare occassion that I have had to return something, they made it very easy. Never, ever had a problem with shipping and they have great promotions - so check back often. They have some of the best swimwear out there too! Used to be able to get Lands End clothing locally, but no longer. The website has been great!

I rarely write a bad review about anyone; I am more likely to write about how great someone is; but I feel that I really need to warn others so what happened to me doesn't happen to others. I frequently shop online and like others - it's hard to get the website to work correctly and their "promotions". They will post a lot, but when I couldn't get them to work; I checked out anyway and tried to get the customer service to apply the promotion after the fact. I contacted them via e-mail so the correspondance would be date and time stamped; but they didn't get back to me until the promotion had expired and after a few e-mails. This is the first and only time that I will do business with them - WARNING to others; this site lacks serious ethics.
