I have mentioned in my previous comments as I was pissed off because I haven't received my items. It seems I have chosen the ground shipping and there is no tracking available it was the reason that the items got delayed. However, the customer service is excellent and they were able to give me my full refund. I' glad.

Again Folks, I apologize for saying they are fraud. They aren't.

Your order had been shipped out before, as it’s flat rate shipping, the shipping time is slower than you expected, sorry for keep you waiting so long. We strongly recommend customers purchase
Tracking number and shipping insurance during checkout.

We have sent an e-mail to you already, hope we can resolve the problems together.

Once again, I want to restate our apology to the customer for their experience. We are responsible for this and we will work hard to resolve this issue for them and to prevent it from occuring again in the future.
