Waited six weeks for a product from shoesfactory to be posted. Despite the item being in stock at time of purchase for six weeks I was told this was time for "processing the order". After six weeks of "processing" I selected to cancel the order as it was estimated it would take a further six to eight weeks for delivery. During the six weeks processing time I had several communications with the supplier who gave me no reason why the item had not yet been posted. I will be very interested to see if my money is actually refunded
