I've shopped here twice. The first time was last summer I purchased a jelly sandals size 6. It ran small. It felt like a size 5 bec my toes curled and it hurt to walk in it. I gave it away to my co worker.

My 2nd purchase was a over the weekend. I bought a petite bodycon dress. I really love how it looked on the model. I watched the catwalk multiple times, watched youtube reviews and researched online for more reviews on the sizing of the bodycon dresses. I'm a US 4 here in the US but I read online that the sizing runs small so I payed attention to the size chart and took the advice of a reviewer to order one size bigger. I ordered a size US6 which is a UK 10. The tube bodycon dress fit me well. I was scared that if it didn't fit me right I would have to return it, but Thank God the dress fit well! The material is really good too. Shipping was fast. It only took less than 1 week to arrive to me. I'm very happy with my purchase. I will definitely buy again.

My first experience purchasing on their website was great. Within 24hrs my order was shipped and received it within 1 week. I purchased the YRU Clear Glitter Charii as a birthday gift to myself. I was so excited to wear my shoes and decorate the soles. The sandals are so cute and unique. I was so happy to have the chance to wear them on my birthday. They are so comfortable to walk in and love that it has threaded soles for stability and comfort. The sad part is that within that week, the shoe strap got torn off. Its made of plastic. I paid $158 for the shoes so it hurts that the shoe wasnt sturdy enough for the price. I immediately contacted YRU and Dollskill staff about it. YRU was very concerned and made sure that Dollskill took care of my issue. I communicated with Alicia from Dollskill. She is so nice and honored the return eventhough I have already worn the sandals. She gave me a store credit and I ordered more stuff in time for Labor Day Sales. I'm so excited to receive my order soon. I love your products and thank you so much for understanding. I love Nasty Gal. I am so addicted to their products. I always buy Jeffrey Campbell shoes from here. I have purchased summer clothes as well and now I know how the sizing goes. Im a size small and the small fits well. Sometimes it depends on the manufacturer, clothes that are size small might fit a bit loose but can be fixed with alterations. I have purchased their shoe brand Shoe Cult. I love wearing the flatforms. The platform clogs are very cute though a bit unstable when walking. I prefer saw tooth threaded soles like UNIF and YRU bec its very comfortable to walk in all day in the office. They have great deals and sales. My outfits are so trendy that my friends and co workers always ask where I shop. I love the free shipping when you buy $75 or more. Shipping time is great. I receive my order within 1 week from the time it has been shipped. Great customer service. I always receive my response through facebook within 1hr or within 24hrs. Keep up the great work!
