I ordered several items in January of 2015 and I only received one item after three months of waiting. For the benefit of the doubt, I waited for the rest of the items to arrive until I gave up and finally reached out to their customer service. I was told that to ensure the arrival of the orders, I should have purchased/paid for their delivery insurance. I was even told to go to my local post office (like I have all the time in the world) to check if my package has arrived. My Turtleneck (one out of seven items that I ordered in Winter) arrived in Spring when it is no longer useful. My Turtleneck only costs $ 12.41 but came out to $31.28 because I did not get refunded for the other items I did not receive. What a waste of my money and time. Makes me wonder if all companies based in China or anything that you order from China is unreliable and untrustworthy as Rosegal.com. Buyers beware.
