I ordered 7 items from this website and they all arrived separately and far apart why is that when they were all ordered at the same time, The two pairs of shoes i ordered are not closing properly the ties are really weird you cant loosen or tighten them i would like to return them, one of the dresses i ordered is not the same as picture (in picture it shows a scalloped edge on hem and around sleeves on the dress i got its just cut and fraying lace)how do i return these, i am waiting for final piece still to come to return most of what i got i ordered on 4/18/15 how long more
