I have been a zulily customer for almost 2 years. My experience has been mostly positive. Prices are comparable to discount stores like Ross, Marshall, and TJ Maxx. However, they have a broader selection. I only order children's clothing and toys. I usually get my clothing within two weeks if ordering. However, I ordered boots for my daughter to wear with her thanksgiving dress that she will not get on time. The boots were ordered on 10/18. I called today to see if they would be here by the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and was told no. They will not be here until the week of 12/1. The customer service girl apologized and offered me a $10 credit. I was given the option to cancel but would not receive the money until the week of 12/1. It's disappointing that I was not notified of the delay.
