I ordered a few items and a dress from them in December with a 7-10 day delivery promise. Half of my order arrived about 3 months later, the other half never arrived. The long dress I ordered was short enough to be a mini skirt for a child, and had a huge rip in it where it was not sewn properly. It was also so small that a large could have fit my cat. Despite more than 15 emails back and forth with support, and 6 months of waiting, my missing items never did arrive. They asked for photos of the items I was not happy with. Kind of difficult to ask for photos of products that never arrived. After 6 months of getting nowhere with them, I was offered a 20% refund on the items I was not satisfied with. Then I accepted the offer with no other recourse as this was better than nothing. However, their 5-7 day refund process has now turned into 2 months and no response. This company is a total scam! Cheap material, horrible service and clearly do not know how to treat customers or run a business. NEVER ORDER from them! Fair warning!
