Review the return policy before you place an order. This is how they get you. Good luck as you are not likely to order something that fits properly. The quality is not very good anyway. They have great deals and lots of appeal, but as with the old saying, Looks can be deceiving! And with this company, they are!

I ordered a few items and a dress from them in December with a 7-10 day delivery promise. Half of my order arrived about 3 months later, the other half never arrived. The long dress I ordered was short enough to be a mini skirt for a child, and had a huge rip in it where it was not sewn properly. It was also so small that a large could have fit my cat. Despite more than 15 emails back and forth with support, and 6 months of waiting, my missing items never did arrive. They asked for photos of the items I was not happy with. Kind of difficult to ask for photos of products that never arrived. After 6 months of getting nowhere with them, I was offered a 20% refund on the items I was not satisfied with. Then I accepted the offer with no other recourse as this was better than nothing. However, their 5-7 day refund process has now turned into 2 months and no response. This company is a total scam! Cheap material, horrible service and clearly do not know how to treat customers or run a business. NEVER ORDER from them! Fair warning!

This site is not what is use to be and they care about one thing - Cheating People Out Of Money! Don't be fooled. This site is in the business of thievery and have no Respect or Value for their Customers! I have been using this site for nearly 2 years as a freelance designer for many clients. As a loyal customer, I had 3 photos to purchase recently and was forced into buying more credits than I needed so I called support to help me out and they they refuse to offer a refund on my remaining credits so that I can purchase the last photo a different way. The company changed their pricing/credit option recently with no notice to customers. They also impose a time limit to use the credits you pay for that you can't get a refund on. No big deal, Just More Money down the drain. I will not use this site again as they are NOT CUSTOMER Oriented and they need to stop taking advantage of people. One Customer Lost for Life Here! We do have a choice of who to do business with and there are plenty of other options in the marketplace for creative professionals who don't want to support Internet Crooks like iStock.
