Last year I bought a spa pool portable, this my forth one, they wont refund just keep sending new ones and the same problem over and over again, what do I do?

I apologize that you were not satisfied with your inflatable hot tub. We did infact send you replacement units and complete units to resolve your problem. For whatever reason you were not satisfied with the replacement units we sent. Even 2 years after your purchase we were able to get you a Credit and as of now you have an in-store credit for any future purchase with our company.
