Very good customer service! Replaced faulty product right away. Shipping take a little while but im in the US and its coming from China so its not their fault at all, anything shipped from there will take a while but they prices are unbelieveable. Anyone compaining about bad quality products just doesn't understand how to purchase things, understand what you and actually buying and where it is a knock of or the real product, its very easy to tell. You wouldnt but something that says its an anti gravity machine and then complain that it doesn't work, you're the idiot who thought an anti gravity machine was real. They have amazing products, prices, and customer service.
