I ordered a Visa gift card for my mother-in-law on 12/20/2010. I called her on 12/31 and she still has not received the card. I call the customer service number for the gift card and they say it should be there by 1/4/2011. I am to call them if she doesn't have it and they will send another one out. What a piece of crap! In addition, the activation code is suppose to be sent to me. I don't have it yet so that is another issue. If it doesn't show up, I'm calling my credit card company and disputing the charges. Stay away from Giftcardmall.com
