I have bought personalized school gear at other sites in the past, and decided to try Prep Sportswear, since they had some designed that I liked.
Under "Performance" shirts, they had 2 options listed for short sleeved. I ordered 2 shirts in one style. They arrived, and they were NOT performance fabric--they were soft and cottony.
This website offers NO refunds, so I went ahead and spent ANOTHER $80 to get 2 more shirts, this time of the other "Performance" shirt option--this one is 100% polyester--I figured this MUST be the right kind of fabric.
Order arrived, and this also is NOT performance fabric!
I contacted the company, and the agent refused to give a refund on anything. She said they would send me the product again with a different shirt material--but they already have 2 labeled as performance, which are not, so I do not think that they acutally HAVE performance fabric.
I feel like I'm living in a parallel universe--every other site (Nike, Kohl's, Spirit Shop, Adidas, etc.) lists performance fabric as TECH fabric--thin, quick-dry, slightly shiny--everyone knows what this fabric is! All sportswear is pretty much made of it.
By listing non-performance fabrics as Performance, I believe that they are making profits by making people think that they have a broader range of products than they do.
I will never again shop here, and will stick with companies that correctly use common terminology.
Adrianna was polite, but refused to admit that their items are not properly labeled under commonly-accepted terminology
