When I discovered one of my recent purchases wasn't being reflected in my eBates account, I contacted customer service. Perhaps I have just grown accustomed to slow responses and having to follow up severbal times, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a confirmation of receipt email almost immediately. And not an automated confirmation of receipt email, but an actual person responding to my inquiry. Long story made less long, although they are currently still looking into my inquiry, regardless of the outcome I will continue to be a loyal ebates customer and fan.
