I ordered from site with sizes of one size fits all. One sweater came with holes, all other items were too small. When looking into the 30 day unconditional returns, I found the return was to China and they would only give 80% back plus the cost of return. Or 25% back on the damaged item. Would never order from them again and wish I would have checked out these reviews first.

We do in fact inspect all items before we ship them. Unfortunately, from time to time items get damaged during shipping. We stand behind every item we sell so we will contact this customer and offer to exchange this item for him. If he still wants to keep it we will work out some other accommodation. Our goal is that every customer is completely satisfied with their order.
Once again, I want to restate our apology to the customer for their experience. We are responsible for this and we will work hard to resolve this issue for them and to prevent it from occuring again in the future.
