I have had a bad experience with you and I am curious why you are still in business, I'm furious after 9 emails after an initial email from you I have had not one reply or call despite requesting, i messaged you from 5.30am this morning all through the day in desperation of needing my items, you are not looking after customers and dealing with enquiries! I would like a full refund as I wish to cancel my order, one last chance for response, Amy

You can apply refund by yourself when the order has not been sent out or contact our Live Chat(24hours online) to cancel the order directly. It will be more efficient.

We ususally reply customer's mail in 24-48 hours and our working time is China time from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
