DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I used to order from this company and it was okay in the beginning. The clothes are cheaply made but they have nice styles... that is IF the item is made according to the style depicted on their website. I always got a response within a day or two and the packages within two weeks, but in the last year they have become extremely terrible. I had a bad experience previously but decided to give them a second chance because I saw something I really liked. This time, I am done with them! I ordered a top from them and it came completely different from what was advertised on the picture. They are refusing to give me my money back and they keep telling me to give it away as a gift or sell it and order something else from them. First of all, it is so poorly made and extremely cheap and crappy looking, why would I give it away as a present? The top is so bad that I would be ashamed to even donate it! And given the experience I am getting from their aftersale service, why would I ever order again! Then the customer representative keeps telling me that I ordered the wrong size and that the size doesn't fit me. If they had made it according to the measurements, then it would have fit quite loose (as I prefer), but it was not made to the measurements they described (80% OF THE STUFF ARE NOT MADE ACCORDING TO THEIR PICTURE AND THE QUALITY ARE ALL CHEAP. Well, it IS made in China, right?!). DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THEM! Go order from a legit place. And DON'T EVER TRUST THE REVIEWS ON THEIR CLOTHES. They never post the bad reviews. They only post good reviews. I wouldn't be surprised if they wrote those reviews themselves!

I Would give them zero stars if I could. Never order from this site! I ordered two shipments from them and each shipment had items missing. They don even contact you about the missing items. When I contacted them and asked for a refund of the items, they refused to refund me part of the shipping charges that I paid for. When I asked to speak to the supervisor they just completely ignored me and never bothered to email back. As for the items they shipped, most are poor quality and not at all as pictured. Very rarely you will get lucky and get what is pictured. Dishonest company! Do not buy from them!

Horrible site! Buyers beware! I ordered a few costumes and halloween treat bags for my sons and only one of the treat bags came. When I called to inquire about the undelivered bag, the lady didn't know what was happening and kept putting me on hold to work things out. Finally she gave me the new order number and said the bag would be delivered. Three weeks later and it still isn't delivered. When I called this other lady who helped me sounded like she couldn't care less what was happening and kept putting me on hold for a long time. I asked for the status of the bag and she said that it was cancelled. She said that I'm an international address so they will not resend the bag and that they will not refund me for it even though I had paid for it and that it was not sent to me. She said they had tried to call me but when they couldn't reach me, they canceled the order regardless. I had never received any calls from them. In any case, if I pay for something, I expect it to be delivered regardless of whether I am from an international or local address! And if they cannot deliver then they need to refund me! You can't just keep someone's money and refuse to give them the product! Lousy business! DO NOT BUY!

I ordered something on Nov. 6,2013 and two of the items were not shipped. I emailed them several times regarding the unshipped items. But it goes for several days without an answer. So I filed a dispute with PayPal and asked for a refund. Now they keep telling me to close the case and that they will not refund me or ship me the item they now have in stock until i close the case. Even one rep threatened me to close the dispute or else I have to wait for PayPal to finish looking into the claim before I will receive any refund. I don't see why they cannot send out the item they already have and refund me for the item they don't have first before I close the case. It all feels like a scam because they won't even confirm how much they are refunding me or when they will refund me. My sister has a problem as well. She ordered two dresses about the same time and it was a no show. They keep telling her it is shipped. They tell her to check the post office and everything, which she did. Now when my sister ask for a refund, they are deducting the shipping charges and insurance charges. How can you deduct shipping charges when it is FREE shipping!

We are really sorry we cannot ship the items to you if you keep the case open. If you want a refund, we will refund all the money to your account in the case.

For the customer who cannot got the package for a long time, we will offer a refund. As the shipping fee was paid to the shipping company which cannot get back, so we cannot refund the shipping according the regulation of our company. If the item is free shipping, but the customer have not bought the insurance when placed the order, we will delete a part of the shipping fee in the price of the item.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience. If the customer insist a full refund, we can take it as special case and give him a full refund.
