Clinique never disappoints. I placed my first order online. You can join their program for points for free, you get free samples you get to choose and there is always a good deal. Not only that but the order I placed was delivered in a very nicely packaged box in just a few days. It is like getting a present for myself. All items are in good shape, packaged well and easy to unpack.

What I love most about Loft.com is the sales. You can get some really great deals for the quality of clothing. I have found the sizes can differ from item to item but reading reviews if there are any on each item is helpful.

I do not like their site. There is a couple of issues with the upper menu coming down and staying down and it won't go away when you move your mouse away from it. This is very annoying because you have to refresh to get rid of it. I do a ton of shopping online for my job and I know how sites work, this is problem and they refuse to fix it. There have been times I have decided not to order from them because I spend too much time dealing with this flaw.

I also have had to wait longer than I'd like for some deliveries. Not always but I find a lot of value with a company who can get my order to me in a week or less. Anything more than that and it's one I will think twice about shopping with regularly.

I like Chloe & Isabel's selection of jewerly. But it is not all sized the same and it does not hold up the way I expected. I bought a trio ring set and one of the rings has started to discolor.

Also, another ring I bought was too big, it is not sized like the other items. I probably will not shop with them again, I like the way everything looks online but once I get it, I'm not as happy with it due to fit, looks and quality.

I have ordered from Steve's many times. The first couple of times were not successful and I regret that I made errors in ordering before I moved into my new home. The second and third times were better.

However, two sets of blinds broke. They replaced one set no problem. The second one, customer service couldn't get their act together to get me a replacement.

Their site is very generic and leaves a lot to be desired. You want to SEE the products you're buying. With window coverings and even wallpaper, you want to see many pictures and different example's of the how the item looks in different rooms. But you do not get that with this site. If you're lucky, you see a tiny little 1.5x1.5 inch picture of the item. Not real impressive. And most of all, not helpful at all! I will not shop with Steve's ever again. Due to their lack of service when their item broke and due to their site being insufficient, I have better ways to spend my money!

Grandinroad has lost my business! I used to love getting their catalog and watching for certain items to go on sale. I recently purchased a dining room table, I got a great deal so I was really excited. After waiting for over a month, when it was being delivered, the delivery man and I noticed at the same time, the box was way too big to be a table. It was a huge cabinet. After refusing delivery, I called customer service. The rep placed a new order but left me hanging. She didn't offer any details of what was going to happen. I had to ask all the questions. Whatever, skip ahead 2 weeks and now I am seeing on the delivery company's website that the item that was sent out for replacement weighs 383 lbs. My table is only 150 lbs so I believe they sent me the wrong item again. Not only have I had to take days off of work for delivery, I have been charged for the table despite not having it. Customer service is a joke and doesn't seem to be very competent. I have emailed service to have them investigate the current shipment to see if they did indeed send the wrong item again. I am not wasting more time with this company. I also will no longer be doing business with any of their companies; Ballard Designs, Zulily, Frontgate to name a few.

I am done with Zulily. I have placed so many orders with them, some have gone well but several have not and I will not give them another dollar. They messed up an order at Christmas time and I was stuck trying to figure something else out and they've done it again with Mother's Day. They think it's okay to cancel items after the order was placed weeks prior and then just put a $10 credit on your Zulily account so you can turn around and spend even more money with them! That is not good service and it is a joke. This company cannot be relied on with things like gifts because the order will most likely get messed up or show up too late.

Love theclymb.com. I have always had great experiences with them. They offer some of the best deals out there for outdoor and active gear and clothing. There have been no issues with any of the many orders I've placed and they even offer a discount off of an order if it is going to be later than expected.

I like OKL but it can be a bit pricey but I know that when I visit. I have ordered from them a good amount of times and have not had too many problems. When I have, they have issued credits, not just store credits but they will issue the actual credit to my credit card. A lot of these types of retailers won't do that. You can find unique things here and if you are good at searching the site, and get there in time, you can get some neat things.

I love drugstore.com, I love the promos they offer, the low prices, and the cash back deal they offer that can be put towards upcoming orders. I saved over half of what I was spending on my last order. They have unique items that I sometimes can't find other places.

Vitacost used to be the best company. Great prices and selection. But no more. They had been going down hill a bit but since covid its gotten a lot worse. Nearly every order has an issue. Dented cans of food that were clearly dented prior to shipping, jars that open and make a mess. Crushed bags of food. My most recent order had two jars of olives that opened and there was a mess to deal with. I requested a refund, it showed it was approved then a couple of days later I get an email saying I need to provide pictures, that is fine, I don't mind the pictures however they should have asked in the refund request process, not days later. I will not shop with them to the degree I have been anymore. They have changed the way they ship and they do not show value to customers the way they once did. It is a Kroger company after all.

I placed an order for a locket for a dear friend of mine. I was happy with the product and the timing on shipment was good from Origami. I will say, there were several items not available on the website and that was a bit frustrating because I had to go else where for a chain to complete the gift and that was not only an inconvenience but the chain doesn't match as nicely as one from the same maker. Other than that, it was a good experience and the promo codes offered are not too bad!
