So I ordered about $520 worth of clothes since it was 50% off and figured I would be able to return items I did not like. I receive my shipment fairly quick. But when I open it, it is somebody else's order, worth only about $120. Non of which are my size. And there is even a sorry we messed up your order, note here is a comp. Bracelet. So I'm thinking, geez... they messed this girls order up twice! I kept waiting for my package and wrote them saying they sent me somebody else's shipment. They responded quick saying sorry and here is another 50% off code for us messing up. They asked if I received my order and I said I wasn't sure... I still need to check w my apt office. Once I finally realize that is the wrong package is the same tracking # as what is linked to my order... I write them again the next day saying... I still have not received my order & they basically sent me somebody else's instead... and at this point want a refund and I'll send the other girls stuff back. No Respone emails now! I've emailed them twice! Thankfully I'm sure my credit card will refund me the money if I report it within 30 days. So wish I would have read reviews first.
