I bought a smocked top, strapless dress and a pair of black, wedge salndals. The dress was outstanding & is made of better material than I anticipated. The wedges were sent back the day I received them because they looked much different in person than shown on the site. The return process was seamless. It took a little longer than I expected (about 7-10 days) to receive a refund back to my Amazon card (you can use Pay Pal, credit card or Amazon credit card to check out). I think was due to both shipping time & verification through threadUP as well as Amazon. Again, no problem to return the shoes & I was able to print our a prepaid shipping label. I check their site every so often hoping to find another hidden gem but thus far, no such luck. They do have a pretty rounded selection of clothing for all. I would use them again.
