You will find the same products at malls for 3x price. Shipping times varies depending on the season but that's the same for all other online companies. They are in CA so depending on where you are shipping time would matter. I'm experienced online shopper and urbanog is where I would always go for women fashion clothes, accessories, and shoes. They sent me defective items couple of times but when I claimed it they gave me money back.
