I ordered a blouse from Rose Wholesale in JULY and never received it. I was first blamed because I didn't purchase a "tracking" fee so they could track my package. I was then offered a refund or re-send the merchandise. I asked for a refund and instead recieved an "R-Wallet" credit, as though I would trust them again with anything. I have asked for a credit card refund numerous times with no result. NEVER use this joke of a company
