I need to know when I am getting the dress that I ordered! The website says that once the item has been purchased it goes into processing and then it is shipped. The website specifically states that processing takes 7 to 9 calendar days and that shipping takes 2 to 5 calendar days. When I received the confirmation email for my order, it said that when it was out of processing they would send me an email with a tracking number so I can make sure that it is on its way. It has now been 16 calendar days and I have not received an email with a tracking number. I have sent numerous emails to the customer service people and I have received ZERO response from anyone! This is ridiculous. If I had known that this was a company that treated it's customers so badly, I never would have purchased anything from them. I will never do so again and I will tell everyone else I know not to either.
