After paying for rush shipping and waiting 14 buisness days I contacted their customer service for a refund on my shipping. All I got was a "sorry for the inconvience" email. My tracking information shows no carrier they use for delivery and my item say in a "warehouse" for 11 days. Now it says it was delivered to my door but nothing. Tomorrow Im telling my bank I refuse the charge and want a full refund of my money. Dont order from this place!
