Never disappointed with the service I receive. I always get the products when they say I will. If a return is needed and a refund is to be processed, it happens quickly. They update me via email on the status of everything. Never disappointed.

Sometimes their voucher process can be a bit confusing otherwise I have never had an issue.

I placed my order on 12/3 and still no arrival of my items on 12/22. I had a heck of a time locating their phone number so I contacted them multiple times via their website. The only responses I received were automated messages stating someone would get back to me in 3 business days. Never once did I receive a personal phone call or email for a customer service rep from their company. I had a tracking number and the package must have gotten lost which is what I explained to them and you can clearly see by looking it up on UPS. When I finally reached a human, they lacked professionalism and customer service. So basically he said I'll just refund your money. I will get it in 3-5 days. That's awesome except that I was counting on this item as a Christmas gift for somebody. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I certainly will never do business with them again. Frustrating!

Tip for consumers:
Before I placed my order I asked a specific question about the item, I received an automated response that did not answer my question. That should have been a red flag but I continued to make the purchase. I contacted them every other day over two weeks to check the status of my order and never once did I receive a call back or a personal email from anyone. When I reached a live person by phone (which good luck finding their phone number) I had to call LivingSocial to get it, he was rude and lac
